You have to manually transfer the money to your main bank account, it won’t automatically transfer, so you have to add your main account onto the Wisely app. The only downside is that it takes up to two business days for the money to transfer from that wisely account to my main bank account.I had a similar issue, added the direct deposit but still got payed on Wisely. To fix it I just went back into MYHR I think and updated my direct deposit info again and it worked the second time.
