It is going to be a small wedding of 60 people and we would only like to spend around $75 a person to include the site as well. So basically maybe $5 to $7 thousand. The grounds are gorgeous and made for a beautiful outdoor ceremony and wonderful photos. The mansion and tent were the perfect size for 150 guests.
